A Day in the Life
This position is a key member of the Global Operations & Supply Chain Operations Innovation team, supporting the Finance lead for Strategic Programs. The role partners most closely with the Operations Innovation finance organization to manage Business Cases, forecasting and analysis processes.
This role is critical to deliver on the financial commitments, and continuously drive improvements, standardization, and efficiencies within Operations Innovation.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
Performs and analyzes month end close processes & analysis – including WBS & CC management, expense reclasses, report preparation and consolidation and Planisware/SAP tie outs
Collaborate on Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Strat Plan and other forecast cycles – including prioritization analysis and OneStream tie-outs
Business Partner with Strategic Program leadership and their teams – including support & analysis on business cases, savings calculations, financial policies and CARs
Leverage strong problem-solving to tackle challenges related to financial reporting, forecasting and analysis. Seek innovative solutions that can streamline processes
Maintain clear and organized documentation of processes and improvements made
Develop ad hoc reports to support analyses. Work on special requests, projects, and financial presentations for management as required
Prepares reports of findings and recommendations, compiles and consolidates financial plans and provides insights to management.
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
