The PMO Platform Business Analyst provides critical support to the PDS PMO VP of Technology in managing technology implementations and optimizing project management solutions across Work Dynamics accounts. This role combines technical analysis with hands-on support to assist in driving standardized processes and operational efficiency improvements throughout the JLL account portfolio under senior guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Technology Implementation and Account Support Activities
Maintain regular communication with Work Dynamics account teams to understand their ongoing technology and process development needs
Gather end user input on system improvements and process enhancement requests
Provide hands-on user support during system implementations and process changes
Data Analysis & Reporting Support
Assist in developing reporting dashboards
Conduct data analysis to support process improvement initiatives led by senior team members
Help create and maintain standardized reporting templates and contribute to metrics framework development
Process Documentation & Enhancement Support

Estimated compensation for this position:
65,000.00 – 75,000.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
