The
Senior Human Resources Systems Integration & Data Analyst
is responsible for the administration, optimization, and integration of the organization’s Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), while leveraging HR data to drive strategic decision-making. This role combines technical system expertise with advanced data analysis to support HR operations, improve organizational effectiveness, and ensure compliance with employment laws and data privacy standards. Reporting to the Vice President of People Operations, the Analyst partners closely with HR leadership, IT, and executive stakeholders to enhance systems functionality, generate insights, and implement data-driven HR initiatives. This role is based onsite in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Responsibilities:
HR Systems Administration & Integration
Oversees and maintains optimal function of the ADP Workforce Now System including system add-ons, including system configuration, customization, upgrades, and module implementation in alignment with the Sr. Payroll and Benefits Manager and International Payroll Manager.
Serves as the primary liaison between HR, IT, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS-related systems, projects and integrations.
Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and training to HRIS users.
Develops and maintains system documentation, including workflows, reports, and user guides.
Identifies opportunities for system enhancements; recommends and implements solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Ensures HR systems comply with data security, privacy regulations, and best practices.
