Accountabilities:

Analyze transactional and financial data to generate insights that support business growth and strategic decision-making.

Build and maintain end-to-end data pipelines to ensure reliable and scalable data workflows.

Design and manage dashboards to enable self-service analytics for stakeholders.

Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, and other teams to translate business needs into data solutions.

Present findings through clear visualizations and storytelling to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Support financial efficiency initiatives by providing data-driven recommendations.

Ensure data accuracy and consistency, maintaining a single source of truth across reporting systems.

Automate and optimize data processes, incorporating predictive analytics where relevant.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in a data analytics role.

Strong proficiency in SQL, with experience in large-scale data environments (e.g., BigQuery is a plus).

Solid data modeling and analytical skills.

Experience using Python for data analysis and automation.

Familiarity with data visualization tools and dashboarding platforms (e.g., Looker preferred).

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex insights clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.

Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Bonus: Experience in finance, fintech, or crypto domains, and familiarity with GCP tools.
