You’ll also play an important role as our School Certifying Officer, certifying veteran and military-connected students for their educational benefits and answering VA questions. Reporting directly to the University Registrar, you’ll be part of a collaborative, service-minded organization that genuinely values putting students first. POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential Functions of the Position:
- Administer all veteran and military educational benefit programs
- Manage the registrar email account, answers phone, and assists office walk-ins
- Transcript & degree verification processing
- Manages diploma processing, packaging and mailing
- Purchasing agent for the office - maintain internal and external office supplies and commencement related purchasing

Perform various day-to-day office administrative functions to include but not limited to
- customer service
- the collection, verification, review and processing of student and faculty documents within established regulations and procedures; applies re
