In this role, you will be a pivotal member of our business operations finance team, providing essential support to senior leadership. Accountabilities

Develop and monitor the annual budget and monthly expense forecast for corporate functions.

Prepare variance analysis for budget versus actual performance on a monthly and quarterly basis.

Support internal and external reporting activities, including Monthly Business Reviews and Board meetings.

Evaluate and enhance current financial processes, implementing best practices to improve efficiency.

Adapt to new responsibilities as needed and support ad hoc projects.

Prepare financial models, forecasts, and analyses, as required.

Collaborate with executive leadership to provide guidance and influence strategic decisions.

Requirements

U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.

Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field; MBA or PE experience preferred.

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or FP&A.

High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience with SAP S/4 HANA and/or Workday Adaptive is a plus.

Ability to mentor and lead team members.

Experience working in dynamic environments and strong problem-solving skills.
