Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s Corporate Shared Services Payroll Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Senior Business Analyst, Payroll Systems.
The primary responsibility of this role is to support data analysis and optimization of the payroll systems used to accurately and timely process payroll for 55,000+ team members across the North American Operations.
Reporting to the Manager, Payroll Technology the person in this role will support the Corporate Shared Services Payroll department's objective to focus on accurate and timely payroll processing and delivering an excellent team member experience.
What you’ll be doing
Analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement to provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership.
Build relationships with key stakeholders (HR, Legal, Finance, Plant Business Units, IT, Security and external partners) to help analyze, troubleshoot, implement and measure requests and recommended actions.
Identify and utilize current technology to perform data mining (auditing, aggregation, validation, and reconciliation). Gather, model, interpret, and analyze data explaining variances and trends.
Manage and support various systems and tools used by Payroll (UKG Pro Payroll, UKG WFM, UKG Community, ServiceNow, SharePoint), including user access, security roles, and permissions.
Support configuration of system settings, business rules, workflows and integrations and lead testing efforts including creating test scripts for execution based on specifications.
Lead coordination and implementation of system upgrades, enhancements, and releases, ensuring minimal disruption to payroll operations and change management impact to end users.
Practice process improvement techniques to identify, re-engineer and enhance processes to identify trends, inefficiencies and opportunities for process improvement. Identify and resolve escalations or complex iss
