As a Business Analyst 2, you will perform analytical work by documenting, enhancing, and maintaining Pennsylvania's Enterprise to Link Information for Children Across Networks (PELICAN) and various other systems. Analytical work extends to reviewing data integrity and testing system functionality. You will be responsible for assisting as a help desk support, ensuring issues are documented and resolved in a timely manner. This role reviews, edits, and approves training materials with program and policy staff for distribution to end users. Participation in new project meetings is necessary to provide guidance, mediate disagreements, and document critical information. Additionally, you will assist in office provider management efforts such as data clean up and analysis of policies governing provider data.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- This position may require travel. Expenses will be paid.

In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. The ability to telework is subject to change at any time.
