This includes not only the information about the customer but also their contacts, pricing, ordering information and preferences, account reps, and more. Account Management:
- Efficiently handle all internal inbound requests for the creation and updates to customer accounts while keeping with data governance policies
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the account creation and modification processes to provide effective support and resolve related inquiries.
- Work closely with Senior Customer Master Data (CMD) Specialists on complex account activities, including branch closures, openings, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, including sales, operations, and finance, to restructure large, complex accounts effectively. Monitor accounts to guarantee the appropriate collection or transfer of cylinders, timely closure of open orders, and closure of the previous customer account.
Operational Knowledge & Understanding:
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of fundamental branch operations, including order entry procedures, inventory management, and customer service protocols.
- Gain a deep understanding of how Customer Master Data impacts
