Vendor Master Data Specialist
Join a fast-moving team where your attention to detail keeps operations running smoothly. trak group is seeking a Vendor Master Data Specialist to support vendor onboarding, data accuracy, and ERP system initiatives in a high-impact, behind-the-scenes role.
Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and validate vendor records within Oracle, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Support vendor onboarding, outreach, and data cleansing efforts to gather and verify required information
- Partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve data issues and support timely setup and payments
- Assist with ERP initiatives, including training support, documentation, and data governance
Qualifications:
- Experience working with vendors (onboarding, AP, procurement, or similar)
- Experience using ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage sensitive information
- Organized, responsive, and comfortable working across teams
