DescriptionThis role is the connective tissue of the Infra Ops Finance team. We need a versatile, high-agency finance leader who can consolidate our portfolio-level reporting, build the processes to operationalize new mega deals into ongoing forecasts, drive automation that helps the team scale, and deliver time-sensitive strategic analysis when leadership needs answers fast. This is a role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves variety, and wants end-to-end visibility into how a hyperscale infrastructure business operates.
ResponsibilitiesStrategic Support
Serve as the go-to resource in the team for cross-functional, time-sensitive strategic analysis for leadership decision-making
Partner with the broader finance team on ad-hoc analysis, deep dives, and strategic questions as they arise
Act as the connective tissue across functional analysts in the team, ensuring consistency in methodologies, assumptions, and reporting standards
Deal Incubation & Operationalization
Own the financial onboarding of new mega deals after they are approved. You will build the bridge between deal approvals and finance execution, folding large deals into existing functional forecast processes
Develop a standardized intake and onboarding framework for new deals, including how MW ramp schedules, capacity timelines, and cost assumptions get translated into lease databases, power forecasts, and functional budgets. Manage exceptions as feedback loops
Coordinate across deals finance, operations, and capacity planning to resolve gaps where deal model assumptions don’t fit standard templates
Process Improvement & Automation
Drive process improvement and improve data flows across the broader Finance team, with priority focus on rent and power forecasting workflows. You will help the team scale as the business grows
Identify and lead projects that improve forecast accuracy, reduce cycle time, and enhance analytical capabilities. Streamline how the team gathers inputs from lease registers, power invoices, circuit inventory, and capacity pipelines
Insights & Analytics
Own the consolidated infrastructure ops view for leadership: pull together functional forecasts from individual line-item owners (rent, power, circuits, network) into cohesive executive review materials, forecast submissions, and portfolio-level reporting. Present to senior leadership and distill multi-category cost dynamics into the insights that truly matter
