POSITION SUMMARY
The Senior Financial Analyst will support HUB's Employee Benefits Division — SPG's fastest-growing business unit. This is a highly dynamic, ownership-driven role that goes well beyond routine reporting. The ideal candidate is a confident, analytically minded professional who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments, is comfortable navigating ambiguity, and can effectively communicate financial insights to business leaders at all levels.
This position reports to the Director of Finance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and drive month-end close activities, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and preparation of internal financial statements across multiple divisions.
Deliver in-depth financial analysis and variance analysis, identifying key trends and proactively communicating findings to business leaders.
Support the Employee Benefits Division across its five P&Ls, partnering closely with operational and divisional leaders to provide timely and meaningful financial insight.
Develop and maintain financial reporting across multiple systems and platforms, adapting to the varied tools and initiatives across divisions.
Assist with the annual budget process and monthly forecasting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance and Operations teams to streamline processes and ensure consistency across the organization.
Present financial results and analysis to senior stakeholders — this is a visible role that requires confidence, polish, and the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and drive efficiencies in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
