As the Business Intelligence Analyst you will design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions that support data-driven decision-making across SASCU. The Analyst ensures that business intelligence outputs are accurate, timely, and aligned with operational, strategic, and regulatory reporting requirements.
What you’ll do:
- Improve organizational decision-making by developing and maintaining dashboards and reports that provide clear, timely, and actionable insights using business intelligence tools.
- Translate business needs into measurable outcomes by converting stakeholder requirements into meaningful visualizations and analytics that support operational and strategic priorities.
- Increase trust in SASCU’s data by ensuring reporting outputs are accurate, consistent, and compliant with regulatory and audit standards.
- Use data to assist internal stakeholders in defining reporting requirements and Key Performance Indicators.
- Support regulatory and audit reporting by delivering accurate data and reporting in coordination with Finance and Enterprise Risk Management.
- Advance data literacy and self‑service capabilities by empowering departments to understand, access, and use data effectively through training, guidance, and well‑designed reporting tools.
What you’ll bring:
- Post-secondary diploma in Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or reporting.
- Proficiency in SQL, Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams).
- Experience in a financial or regulated environment is an asset.
- Strong analytical, visualization, and communication skills.
