Bosch is expanding its semiconductor business with silicon carbide chips in the U.S. and plans to invest some $1.9 billion in the Roseville site in California in the coming years. The first SiC semiconductors will be produced here on 200-millimeter wafers as of 2026.
We are committed to quality at Bosch. Our environment celebrates diversity and promotes career progression. We seek highly-skilled, creative, results-oriented people who can look at technology from a new perspective and provide surprising insight. We are looking for candidates who want to shape and drive innovation at Bosch.
The Sr. Financial Analyst (CapEx & Public Funding) will join a small, but quickly growing finance team at Bosch Roseville, playing a highly visible role in shaping the site’s investment landscape. In this position, you will partner closely with a colleague to drive the budgeting and planning of CapEx projects, directly influencing key decisions that support the site’s growth and long-term success.
You will take ownership of managing and monitoring CapEx budgets at the WBS element level, working hand-in-hand with Roseville executive leadership and order managers to ensure alignment, transparency, and execution excellence. Given the strategic importance of these investments, this role offers meaningful exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence outcomes at the highest levels of the organization.
As many CapEx initiatives qualify for public funding, you will also play a critical role in securing and sustaining these opportunities - leading application efforts and managing reporting requirements with external funding bodies. In parallel, you will collaborate with the CTG team on core controlling processes, including Monthly Business Reporting (MBR), Current Forecasts (CF), and Business Planning (BP) activities, while supporting SAP-based reporting and IFRS reconciliation efforts.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives working independently in SAP/R3 and embraces the opportunity to act as a true business partner - bringing clarity, insight, and forward-looking perspective to complex financial decisions.
