The Business Analysis team within IMIT, provides a full working level of specialized expertise to lead all business analysis activities within IT related projects. Salary: $88,948 - $104,644 - $120,341 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: Permanent

Hours: 37.5 hours (core hours Mon-Fri 9am-3pm)
Location: Alberni Office (Metro Vancouver) – on the traditional and unceded territories of the Coast Salish Territories of the Musqueam, Squamish, and Tsleil-Waututh Nations - Hybrid (Hybrid working is an option in line with FNHA’s flex work policy)
About The Role
As Business Analyst, Technical, you will provide specialized expertise to lead all technical business analysis activities within infrastructure related and business related projects. This role is involved in designing and communicating complex workflow analysis, drafting end-to-end documentation, and Standard Operating Procedures. As well as you will lead the development and implementation of functional as well as system / technical and functional requirements in assigned infrastructure and business-related projects and tasks. Additionally, you will assist with the project life cycle planning, monitoring, and control documents.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have –
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or related field required or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Occupational Certification
- Appropriate certifications and other professional development / continuing education relevant to the role preferred
- ITIL Foundation Version 3.0 Certification is preferred
