SUMMARY
This position is responsible for working with assigned sales team members to provide comprehensive communication and support to existing client base, prospects, referrals, Centers of Influence (COIs), and internal partners. Manages and facilitates communication for data collection, reviews, and analyzes prospective and/or existing client data that is submitted to Middle Market Sales. Must maintain knowledge of Insperity’s product and service offerings as well as internal departments and processes to provide guidance and support to assigned sales team members.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Acts as a resource and main point of contact for data collection for MidMarket Sales and clients throughout the sales process. Responds to prospect and client inquiries, ensuring they receive timely responses and involve or refer issues to internal departments and team members as needed.
