Job Description
The Associate Director, Senior Data Analyst will join our firm and help us build our data strategy. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building our data strategy, conducting comprehensive data analyses, and ensuring the utmost quality and integrity of our data assets. This position demands a proactive and collaborative individual with a meticulous attention to detail, excellent problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to work as both an individual contributor and planner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create Data Analyses: Execute detailed data analyses to support investment strategies, portfolio management, and operational efficiencies. Work with internal clients to facilitate both ad hoc and repeatable requests for data.
- Develop a Data Dictionary: Establish and maintain an exhaustive data dictionary to ensure all firm data elements are clearly defined, consistent, and readily accessible across the organization. Work with stakeholders to drive consensus on definitions, data sources etc.
