Avid Marketing Group works in a hybrid style, 3 days in the Rocky Hill, CT office and 2 days home. We believe in person collaboration is key to successful business relationships and job training. Compensation packages include base salary, plus yearly bonus, 401k, Profit Sharing, and Cash Balance.
