POSITION PURPOSE:
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our growing team. This is an exciting entry-level opportunity for a recent graduate to contribute to a fast-moving private equity firm. You will work directly with our acquisitions, asset management, and finance teams to support data analysis, reporting, and operational initiatives across our portfolio.

Business Analyst Responsibilities:
- Assist in compiling market research, property comparables, and due diligence materials to support the acquisitions team
- Help maintain Excel-based reports and dashboards that track portfolio performance across our manufactured housing and self-storage assets
