Turn data into insights. Turn insights into impact.
Do you love digging into data, spotting patterns others miss, and helping leaders make smarter decisions? We’re looking for a Business Analyst who’s equal parts analytical thinker, problem solver, and storyteller to help bring financial and operational insights to life.
In this role, you’ll partner closely with Finance and business leaders to transform numbers into meaningful insights that drive strategy, performance, and results. If you enjoy asking “why,” building models, and connecting the dots between data and business decisions—this role is for you.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with teams across the organization to understand how the business works—and turn questions into clear metrics, analysis, and insights
- Collect, validate, and analyze financial and operational data to uncover trends, risks, variances, and opportunities
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting with clear variance explanations that actually make sense to stakeholders
- Help power budgeting and forecasting through financial modeling, scenario planning, and thoughtful assumptions
- Compare actual results to budgets and forecasts, dig into the “why,” and recommend smart, data-backed actions
- Build and maintain Excel-based models, dashboards, KPI scorecards, and reporting templates (bonus points for automation!)
- Create presentations and executive summaries that tell a compelling data story—not just a wall of numbers
- Jump into ad hoc analysis when needed, including project cost tracking, ROI/payback analysis, and special initiatives
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–4 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or business analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills—you’re comfortable exploring data and interpreting financial results
- The ability to explain complex analysis in clear, practical terms for non-financial audiences
- Advanced Excel skills and strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Copilot)
- A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy and quality
- Excellent organization and time-management skills—you can juggle priorities and meet deadlines in a hybrid environment
- A knack for turning business questions into metrics, dashboards, and meaningful visuals (Power BI experience is a plus!)
