Job Requirements: Business Analyst (Salesforce CRM) Experience:
ā Minimum of 5-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Salesforce CRM.
ā Proven experience in understanding Lead-to-Opportunity management processes, Managed packages, Analytics & Reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Conduct discovery meetings with stakeholders to identify business needs and project requirements.
ā¢ Gather, document, and analyze requirements, translating them into clear and detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
ā¢ Develop and document user stories, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
ā¢ Create comprehensive test plans to ensure all project requirements are met.
ā¢ Facilitate cross-functional collaboration between stakeholders, developers, and project teams.
ā¢ Maintain thorough project documentation, including requirements, design specs, and testing outcomes.
ā¢ Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes to ensure alignment with business needs and project success.
ā¢ Provide post-implementation support during the go-live phase to ensure a smooth transition.
Skills:
ā Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, reporting & analytics, and data integration processes.
ā Proficiency in tools such as Snowflake, SQL, and JIRA for effective data analysis, tracking, and project management.
ā Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
