This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which is comprised of Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. This includes Manufacturing and Supply Chain support across all Blue Origin facilities.
As part of a hardworking team of specialists Blue Origin is seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst-Business Intelligence to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced data analytics solutions to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency as it relates to Manufacturing Operations for the New Glenn Vehicles. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven insights and help shape our strategic direction.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Data Analysis & Modeling:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and implement data solutions that support predictive leading indicators/KPIs
- Utilize statistical methods and data visualization techniques to present findings in a clear and actionable manner.
- Develop and implement dashboards, tools, reports, and other other creative methods of organizing, transforming, and delivering acitonable insights to the production floor.
- Build and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines in SQL and Python/PySpark to ingest, transform, and publish trusted datasets (bronze/silver/gold).
- Own table architecture and curation in Databricks, including schema design, partitioning, optimization, data quality checks, documentation, and security/governance.
- Lead automation initiatives; prototype and operationalize AI/automation solutions to reduce manual effort and cycle time.
