In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and maintaining our product master catalogue within SAP. This role is critical in ensuring data accuracy, pricing integrity, and clinical supplier compliance.
Hybrid role based in St Leonards, NSW, managing SAP product master data with accuracy, compliance, and impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update the SAP product master catalogue, ensuring all entries adhere to our naming conventions and are accurate and current.
- Ensure pricing and contract terms are correct
- Liaise with suppliers for EDI onboarding, pricing updates, and compliance with procurement standards.
- Collaborate with Procurement, Analytics and site teams to ensure master data is accurate, usable, and aligned with business needs.
- Lead catalogue rationalisation efforts, support data integrity initiatives, and manage new item set-up processes.
- Management and validation of Department of Health (DoH) prescribed list, verify changes, and generate reports for internal review.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience working with SAP Master Data and catalogue management.
- Proven understanding of clinical taxonomy, categorisation, naming conventions and variations
- Proven understanding of procurement processes, supplier management, and EDI systems.
- Strong excel experience
- Energetic, adaptable with excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in healthcare, government, or regulated industries is highly desirable.
- Ability to work autonomously
