What We Need:
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join McCLARIN Composites. This position will interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide actionable insights to drive business decision-making. This position will be on-site in Hanover, PA. No relocation assistance is being offered.
A Day in the Life of:
- Acquire data from primary or secondary sources, maintain databases, and clean up data to ensure quality and consistency
- Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using statistical techniques
- Develop, create and maintain dashboards, reports and visual representations to communicate findings to the senior leadership team.
- Partnering with the senior leadership team to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and providing insights for operational improvements
- Create documentation that allows management to understand the analysis process and replicate results
- Support internal and external audits
