Job Duties:
· Retrieves and compiles data and survey information into statistical reports and meaningful
graphs of quality performance measures, identification of trends, and performance
improvements. Distributes reports to management team members to be used for development
of service strategies.
· Creates reports, dashboards, and charts to visually present findings to stakeholders in an
understandable way. · Works with other staff to interpret data sets, find patterns, and uncover
trends.

This job operates in a professional office setting. This role uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
