Data Analyst

Venesco, LLC., is seeking a Data Analyst. The Data Analyst will support the Navy Bureau of Medicine and Surgery (BUMED) N10D (Medical Readiness) task order on the BUMED Operations, Plans, and Readiness (OP&R) vehicle. The project team provides support services to N10D, including its four branches: Active and Reserve Medical Readiness, Family Readiness, Medical Evaluation Board/Integrated Disability Evaluation System, and Qualifications and Standards. The role will require access and using MHS and Navy data systems (e.g., LIMDU SMART, VTA, M2, etc.). The data analyst will be required to extract data, provide analysis, and deliver reporting and presentations with insights and recommendations to leadership. Analysis will include routine reporting and ad hoc requests.

The successful candidate will work directly with the Client and support team members to:

• Run daily, weekly, monthly reports
• Analyse and report on data gathered
• Quickly assess needs and provide suggestions to best acquire and interpret data
• Suggest improved ways to illustrate data
• Collaborate with team on priorities

Required for the Data Analyst:

• Secret Clearance
• Advanced analytics skills to perform data management, reporting and visualization (e.g., Excel macros, SQL, Python, R, etc.)
• Able to effectively report and communicate analytical findings

Preferred for the Data Analyst:

• Experience with MHS data systems
• Experience with LIMDU SMART, VTA, M2/MDR, MRRS, and EMEBR
• Experience with data extraction, analysis, and quality assurance data for program evaluation and performance measurement
