About The Role
The Financial Analyst will oversee financial operations, ensuring timely and accurate reporting while assisting in the design and maintenance of a strong internal control environment. This role will be responsible for audit readiness, financial statement preparation, budget management, cash management, and optimizing the monthly close process. This role reports to the CFO.
Responsibilities include:
• Assist CFO in establishing and implementing internal controls to support audit readiness and financial accuracy.
• Lead the design and management of a structured monthly close process and calendar, with a goal
of reducing close time while maintaining accuracy.
• Oversee financial statement preparation, ensuring compliance with GAAP accounting principles.
• Develop and enforce system controls within the general ledger and accounts payable system to ensure proper financial oversight and mitigate risk.
• Strengthen cash management and treasury operations, including optimizing the cash collection cycle and forecasting cash flow.
• Work closely with senior leadership to provide strategic financial insights that support business growth and decision-making.
• Represent the finance team across the organization to ensure spending versus budget compliance.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, with a focus on data integri
