Position Summary
The Financial Analyst, eGaming position will play a critical part in driving data-informed decision-making by analyzing financial performance, building forecast and budget models, and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership. Primary Roles and Responsibilities
- Work alongside the eGaming Manager of FP&A (and Accounting, Director of Finance, & eGaming CFO) to lead the financial function of the eGaming department including planning and executing projects to improve systems and procedures
- Prepare weekly and monthly reporting packages for both internal and external owners
- Conduct in-depth analysis of results and compare actuals to forecasts/budgets and prior years
- Assist with integrating M&A financials & KPIs into current reporting packages
- Model ROI and payback analysis for various capital investments, pricing structures, and commissions programs throughout the eGaming lines of business
- Assist accounting team as needed on ad-hoc analysis and projects
- Participate in preparing and presenting monthly presentations for executive team and private equity partners
- Support in the development and tracking of Key Performance Indicators, related operational analysis, ROI, and other areas as required
- Perform ad hoc analysis as business needs arise
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Accounting, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure data accuracy and alignment
