Reporting to the Plant Finance Manager, you will perform moderately complex financial analysis for assigned areas, present insights to management, and partner with dairy operations to address finance and accounting needs. You will support planning, forecasting, month‑end close, project analysis, financial modeling, and cross‑functional initiatives across areas such as Financial Planning and Analysis, new product development, manufacturing investments, and in‑market investments. You will provide forward‑looking commentary, resolve unusual items, and communicate metrics and reporting for assigned functions.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
- Partner with dairy operations on finance and accounting questions, assessing business needs and identifying risks and opportunities.
- Participate in developing the annual operating plan and long‑range strategic plan for assigned portions of the profit and loss statement and related balance sheet accounts.
- Update monthly forecasts based on business changes and provide actionable, forward‑looking commentary to business partners.
- Participate in month‑end and quarter‑end close activities, ensuring accurate completion of assigned tasks and timely resolution of unusual items.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive financial analysis and modeling for needs such as product development, customer analysis, competitive analysis, and pricing.
- Lead or support project work across multiple finance disciplines including Financial Planning and Analysis, new product development, manufacturing investments, and in‑market investments.
- Lead communication of metrics, scorecards, and reporting for assigned areas.
- Evaluate and deliver periodic metrics, scorecards, and reports.
- Provide Financial Planning and Analysis support as needed.
- Participate in finance‑wide projects aligned with business priorities.
Ingredients Required for Your Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional financial or general business experience.
- Experience in dairy operations and knowledge of financial systems and general accounting concepts preferred.
- Experience working across multiple departments to complete projects or resolve organizational challenges.
- Experience with SAP or similar software tools preferred.

Compensation
Pay Range:$63,000-$93,000
The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
