We are looking for an experienced HRIS Analyst to join our team! (position remote or hybrid for Austin candidates)
The HRIS Analyst is responsible for managing HR systems and producing data-driven insights that support strategic decision making across the organization. The position partners with HR and program owners to also define, design and enhance HR technologies and data reporting. This position is hands-on and supports all Human Resources functions, including HR, payroll, compensation, benefits, recruiting, talent management, and learning within the HRIS system and data reporting.

Duties & Responsibilities
HR Analytics
- Maintain and optimize the Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), ensuring data integrity, accuracy and security.
- Develop, generate, compile and analyze complex data reports and dashboards for HR and Senior Executives across the organization (e.g. headcount, turnover, recruitment metrics, training compliance, compensation trends etc.).
- Partner with HR and business leaders to understand reporting needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Identify trends and patterns in HR data to support various organization initiatives such as workforce planning and strategic initiatives.
- Create and automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Support system upgrades, implementations and enhancements, including testing and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy regulations, and internal policies.
- Troubleshoot system and reporting issues, providing timely resolution.
- Provide training to HR team members and/or key stakeholders on reporting tools and database best practices.
