The Master Data Specialist plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integration of material master data across the Supply Chain—from vendors to customers and joint venture partners. In this role, you will support logistics planning, forecasting, and cross‑functional operations by maintaining high‑quality data standards and fostering strong collaboration with key stakeholders.
This position reports to the Manager of Material Master Data and is part of the Business Operations team based in the United States. The role is onsite at our Duncan, SC facility.
What You Will Do:
- Create, extend, and maintain accurate material master data using SAP Process Workflow, ensuring data integrity across systems and facilities.
- Manage data creation and updates through the MAGIC Material Master Data application, ensuring alignment with local and global requirements.
- Monitor and enforce Global Best Practice rules related to material master data.
Who You Are:
- High school diploma or GED or Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years of experience with SAP Material Master Data software including experience with product registration, BOM, routing, purchasing records and source lists, etc.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel (pivot tables, V- lookups, reporting out) and PowerPoint.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Experience with mass data load tools in SAP.
- Experience in project management.
- Experience in manufacturing environment.
