Job Description

We’re looking for a dynamic Operations Advisor- Data Analyst to join our team and provide hands-on support to franchisees. This role is ideal for someone who is data driven, enjoys building relationships, and is passionate about operational excellence.

  • Drive financial accuracy and integrity across the franchise network by ensuring complete and compliant royalty reporting.
  • Manage, analyze, and interpret data from CRM and reporting systems to track performance, identify trends, and support informed decision-making.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly executive-level reports highlighting key financial, compliance, and operational insights.
  • Partner with franchisees to strengthen operational performance through training, coaching, and reinforcement of brand standards and best practices.
  • Travel to new offices to deliver launch program to position new franchisees for long-term success.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes, improve compliance controls, and increase network profitability.
  • Conduct franchise visits, performance assessments, and outreach to maintain strong relationships and brand consistency.
  • Support audits, resolve reporting discrepancies, and contribute to company communications, special projects, and strategic initiatives.
  • Travel up to 50% as required to support franchise engagement and business needs.
  • And other duties and responsibilities as assigned by their supervisor, President and/or CEO

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or 4 years of relevant experience
  • Strong financial literacy: ability to interpret P&L statements, tax returns, and other financial documents
  • Excellent communication skills: able to present to groups and write clear reports
  • Tech-savvy: quick to learn new systems; familiarity with MS Office, CRM platforms, and accounting software is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license, passport, reliable transportation, and automobile insurance
  • Located within 30 minutes of a major airport
  • Must possess a credit card with available credit for reimbursable travel expenses
