WE OFFER:

Compensation: Starting $104,100 annually, fixed rate. Plus bonus potential.

Work Environment: On-site in Mendota Heights, MN.

Team Culture: This is a fast-paced, high-visibility role in a collaborative, professional environment that values proactive, tech-savvy problem solvers who can manage multiple priorities, build strong relationships across departments, and deliver accurate, high-quality financial insights.

Work Schedule: Typically, 8 AM – 5 PM CST, flexibility available. Occasional overtime during peak periods; workload may vary week to week.

Travel Expectations: 10%–20% regional travel, with higher frequency during initial onboarding.
