ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Performs data input, export, and analysis, as needed for the purpose of supporting data-driven initiatives and master scheduling process.
Participates in creating, managing, and rolling out the school master schedule.
Maintains master schedule data throughout the school year (course registration process, add/drop, recommendation process, gradebook audits, transcripts, etc.)
Prepares a variety of written and electronic materials (e.g. instructions, notices, reminders, memos, technical standards, security policies, training materials, etc.)
Interfaces with the state pupil record system (e.g. discipline, enrollments, etc.).
Supervises the maintenance of the data warehouse system
Assists in troubleshooting malfunctions of database systems
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Willingness to learn, engage cordially with a wide variety of personnel, innovate, and collaborate.
Understanding of school, district, and state database protocols (or willingness to learn).
Understanding of data privacy and security regulations in education (e.g., FERPA compliance).
Knowledge and understanding of SQL to query, extract, and manipulate data from databases desired but not required.
Salary Range Depending Upon Experience: $66,000-$76,000
