Seasonal Data Analyst
35 hours/week

Karis Disability Services is seeking a Seasonal Data Analyst to provide administrative and analytical support to our Digital Innovation and Technology department. Working closely with the Business Intelligence Manager and Data Specialist, this role will focus on maintaining and developing data reports that support informed decision-making and operational efficiency.
This is an excellent opportunity for a student or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in data analytics while contributing to meaningful, mission-driven work.
Responsibilities:
Data Analysis & Reporting
- Create and update reports using Power BI or other organizational reporting tools
- Ensure accuracy, relevance, and data integrity across all reports
- Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple internal sources
- Collaborate with team members to identify reporting needs and requirements
- Develop documentation and user guides to support report adoption and use
Requirements:

Dependent on funding through the 2026 Canada Summer Jobs Program, the candidate will work 35 hours per week for 8 weeks. The successful candidate should be between the ages of 18 to 30 at the start of employment, be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or refugee, and be legally entitled to work in Canada as per the Canada Summer Jobs participant eligibility criteria.
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas)
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI and/or Table
