Secondary Marketing Analyst I at UWMPontiac, Michigan, United States — full-time

The Secondary Marketing Analyst I will be required to cover a broad area of responsibilities within Secondary Marketing, which may include best execution, pooling, model maintenance, and reporting and analysis. Expected to perform multiple functions across the Secondary Marketing area, inclusive of routine operational work, report building, and pooling and delivery support, with direct supervision.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Responsible for daily operational pooling processes.
Executes the best ex model and summarizes output and results.
Inputs transactional activity into risk management system (QRM).
Coordinates follow-up with the Custodian on any exception related items.
Owner of Agency and GSE Early Funding and Gestation processes.
Communicates with internal teams such as Post Closing, Warehouse and Finance for resolution of outstanding loan level issues.
Updates processes & procedures, creating work flows & enhancing documentation.
Supports ongoing process enhancements within the team.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

Bachelor’s degree.
1-2 years related experience preferred.
Experience using Excel, with ability to utilize PIVOTs, vLookup, & other analytical functions.
Attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
Must be coachable, able to take direction and feedback and have a willingness to learn.
Onsite attendance is required.
