Description

The Senior Analyst, Digital is responsible for measuring and optimizing the performance of marketing and digital initiatives across channels, ensuring campaigns and platforms drive measurable business outcomes. This role owns digital performance and effectiveness reporting and develops targeted campaigns within the CRM platform to support customer engagement, loyalty, and revenue growth. The Senior Analyst partners closely with Marketing, Sales, and Digital leaders to provide insights, build campaigns, and continuously improve performance.

The Senior Analyst, Digital directly supports customer engagement, loyalty adoption, and revenue growth by bridging data-driven insights with targeted execution.



Responsibilities

Activities

  • Marketing & Digital Performance
    • Track and report on digital campaign performance, ROI, and funnel effectiveness across web, email, paid media, and social channels.
    • Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure marketing effectiveness and support decision-making.
    • Analyze customer behavior and digital engagement to identify optimization opportunities.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to improve conversion, retention, and personalization.
  • CRM Campaign Management
    • Build, launch, and monitor targeted campaigns within the CRM platform (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
    • Partner with Marketing and Sales to segment audiences and design trigger-based, personalized campaigns.
    • Ensure CRM data is leveraged to maximize campaign reach, accuracy, and impact.
    • Track campaign outcomes and provide reporting to stakeholders.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
    • Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Digital Experience leaders to align campaigns with broader strategies.
    • Work with Data & Insights team to ensure consistent measurement, data quality, and customer segmentation.
    • Support Digital Enablement team in connecting campaign performance to enterprise KPIs.
    • Share insights and best practices across teams to build a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement
    • Stay current on digital marketing and CRM campaign trends, tools, and best practices.
    • Test and pilot new digital approaches (e.g., A/B testing, personalization strategies).
    • Recommend improvements to workflows, targeting strategies, and campaign execution.
    • Drive adoption of digital-first practices within the team.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in digital marketing analytics, campaign management, or CRM execution.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Microsoft Dynamics preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to manipulate and interpret large datasets.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing metrics, reporting, and ROI analysis.
  • Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with ability to work effectively across marketing, sales, IT, and data teams.
