Key Responsibilities
Dashboard & Reporting Development
• Build automated weekly performance dashboards using available BI tools and data platforms
• Standardize KPIs across Amazon and Shopify to enable consistent reporting
• Set up alert systems to flag unusual dips/spikes in key metrics
Deep-Dive Analytics & Insights
• Conduct price sensitivity analyses to optimize pricing strategies across 50+ SKUs, directly impacting margin and velocity decisions
• Evaluate promotional campaign impacts across organic and paid channels
• Perform attribution modeling to segment sales performance (organic vs. paid)
• Execute cohort analyses to measure subscription behavior and LTV
• Segment product performance by category, size, frequency, and other variables
Stakeholder Collaboration & Leadership
• Present weekly data insights and recommendations to leadership team
• Lead monthly business review meetings with cross-functional teams (growth, operations, product)
• Train team members on dashboard usage and self-service analytics
• Collaborate with marketplace specialists to translate data findings into actionable strategies
• Partner with marketing managers to optimize campaign performance based on attribution analysis
