Overview

The Senior Financial Analyst is a highly analytical and strategic role responsible for driving business performance through KPI ownership, financial insights, and cross-functional partnership. This individual will work closely with Go-To-Market (GTM) leadership to support planning, forecasting, and investment decisions that fuel company growth.

The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with a “can-do” attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong business acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence decision-making at the leadership level.

Compensation: The base salary for this role is between $100k-$120k

Responsibilities

Own and manage critical KPIs that are central to overall business performance

Serve as a key business partner to GTM leadership, providing financial insights and guidance

Collaborate with Data and BI teams to query, validate, and maintain revenue-related KPIs

Manage GTM budgets, including headcount planning and non-compensation expense forecasting

Develop business cases and financial models to support new investments and revenue growth initiatives

Support preparation of board materials, including contributing to business leader presentations and insights

Respond to and manage ad hoc financial analysis requests from leadership

Continuously improve KPI tracking, reporting processes, and financial visibility across the organization

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field

Strong experience in FP&A or financial analysis

Experience working with BI tools and Salesforce

Proven ability to effectively partner with business leaders and executive stakeholders

Experience working with KPIs in a recurring revenue (MRR) business model

Strong Excel skills and ability to analyze and model complex data sets

Experience in the tech industry preferred
