Curia is looking for a driven, organized individual who is eager to make a positive impact on facility-level financials. This person will report to the Finance Associate Director, for Drug Product FP&A, and they will own all areas of business-facing FP&A activities for the drug product sites in Burlington, MA and Camarillo, CA. Individual will help drive cross-functional collaboration to meet financial goals. The Sr. Financial Analyst is a key member of our Drug Product Business Unit team with exposure to many teams including Site Operations and Corporate Finance.

Key Responsibilities
• Complete monthly accounting and financial reporting activities including revenue recognition calculations, inventory, general ledger analysis, reconciliation, and journal entries
• Own preparation, consolidation, review and analysis for monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting including customer and product revenue, bookings, and profitability
• Enhance monthly reporting, tracking, and analysis of site spend in key cost accounts, and communicate trends to the Site Leadership Team (SLT) to support operational decision making
• Drive process improvement, standardization, and analytic consistency
• Support ad-hoc financial analysis as required to generate cross-functional efficiencies and provide clarity to site financials
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2+ years of experience performing financial variance analysis, forecasting, planning, and financial modeling
• Strong business analysis and financial planning & reporting skills that generate business insights driving value
