Position Summary

We are seeking a Solution Architect / BI Engineer with strong UI/UX capabilities to lead the design and delivery of intuitive, data-driven solutions that support healthcare decision-making.
This role sits at the intersection of business, design, and technology—working directly with executive stakeholders to understand needs, shape solution approaches, and translate complex healthcare data into clear, actionable dashboards and applications. The ideal candidate is both client-facing and hands-on, with the ability to design user experiences, architect data solutions, and build high-quality analytics products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Serve as a primary interface between client stakeholders and technical teams, translating business needs into scalable data and analytics solutions.
Facilitate client workshops, requirements sessions, and design reviews to refine solutions and ensure alignment.
Translate complex analytical outputs into clear narratives, insights, and recommendations for executive audiences.
Solution Architecture & Data Modeling
Lead solution design across the full stack—from data ingestion and modeling to front-end visualization and user experience.
Architect and guide data models and semantic layers that support performance, flexibility, and long-term scalability.
Collaborate with data engineers, data scientists, and developers to ensure seamless integration of data pipelines and analytics products.
Dashboard Development & UI/UX Design
Design and develop Power BI dashboards and applications that are intuitive, visually compelling, and aligned to executive decision-making needs.
Apply UI/UX best practices to ensure dashboards and tools are user-friendly, accessible, and actionable.
