The Warner Records Research & Analysis Team is a small, agile & objective group of individuals that support our artists, managers and internal departments by providing cutting-edge analysis to help advance Artist careers and ensuring the Label achieves its goals.
Your role:
Warner Records is seeking a Senior Analyst, Data & Research to serve as the technical backbone of our data operations. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role designed for a "builder" who thrives on autonomy and speed. You will be responsible for moving beyond basic reporting into the realm of predictive science. You will build the models that forecast hits, the scripts that bypass corporate bottlenecks, and the insights that give our artists a measurable edge.
