Job Description:

  • Execute, track, and report on program activities
  • Coordinate and manage multiple project interdependencies
  • Prepare and forecast budget and financials for maximum productivity
  • Track resource time and allocation to calculate efficiency and ROI
  • Identifying and addressing problems and risks
  • Provide executive summaries on resource execution
  • Stakeholder communications, negotiations, and problem-solving
  • Develop metrics and assessment protocols for performance evaluation
  • Oversee multiple project teams, ensure program goals are reached, and proper documentation is maintained
  • Work closely with the IRAP project owner and executive sponsors, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
  • Manage program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
  • Identify key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
  • Work with stakeholders and experts to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects across the Board
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for management and stakeholders

Work Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration or related field
  • 10+ years in an advanced program management role
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working knowledge of IT Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters degree in business administration or related field
  • Experience in multiple roles bringing program closure by meeting critical success factors
