What you will get to do as a Marketing Data Analyst & Integration Manager with Road Runner Sports
• Build and run regular reports, performing complex analyses to support the marketing, grassroots, and e-commerce teams
• Translate complex data into actionable insights and clear narratives, delivering data interpretations through presentations, reports, or dashboards to inform business strategies
• Develop and maintain dashboards in Domo and reports to track key metrics and performance indicators
• Assist in defining, refining and maintaining our data architecture, ensuring accurate user record and event data
• Set-up and maintain real-time data sync and integrations between CDP platforms and marketing/reporting tools
• Create and export customer segments into marketing tools to support email automation and targeted marketing initiatives
• Identify and define new opportunities for improving data processes, reporting workflows, and analytic tools to optimize efficiency and accuracy
• Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience
• Demonstrated experience using SQL, Python and DOMO
• Practical experience in the maintenance and integration of cloud-native data services such as but not limited to Oracle Data Mart, Snowflake, and Hightouch
• Solid understanding of large enterprise data structures and marketing metadata
• Strong background in data analysis and statistics including hypothesis testing, A/B testing, etc.
• Proven experience with API integration and automation
• Ability to lead projects collaboratively across internal and external teams
• Ability to execute on tight timelines and adapt quickly to meet business needs
