Position:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Master Data Specialist to serve as the gatekeeper of our supply chain ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for the integrity, accuracy, and maintenance of critical data—including parts, bill of materials, pricing, UPCs and logistics parameters. Your work ensures that our automated procurement, production, and shipping systems run without a hitch.
Key Responsibilities:
● Data Lifecycle Management: Create, update, and retire master data records (Materials, Vendors, Customers, and BOMs) in the ERP system.
● Quality Assurance: Audit data regularly to identify inconsistencies. You’ll be the "clean-up crew" for duplicate entries or outdated lead times.
● Process Optimization: Collaborate with Procurement, Warehouse, and Finance teams to streamline how data is collected and entered.
● Standardization: Maintain and enforce data governance policies to ensure naming conventions and categorizations remain consistent across global regions.
● Problem Solving: Troubleshoot data-related issues that cause hiccups in the supply chain (e.g., "Why did this PO trigger for the wrong quantity?").
Skills & Qualifications:
Required:
● Experience - 2–5 years in Supply Chain, Data Management, or Analyst roles.
● Technical Proficiency - High expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Netsuite or Microsoft Dynamics) and Advanced Excel.
● Analytical Mindset - Ability to spot patterns in large datasets and understand the "butterfly effect" of a single wrong digit.
● Education - Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, IT, or a related field.
● Soft Skills - High attention to detail and the ability to explain technical data issues to non-technical teammates.
● Mindset: Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Collaboration: Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders in a consensus-driven environment.<
