We are hiring a Tableau Developer to join the Tableau team at BCBST!
In this role, you will own, support, and deliver high‑impact dashboards with high utilization for business functions. You’ll serve as a Tableau domain expert, designing and delivering complex, highly polished reporting solutions. You will develop data models in Tableau and Google BigQuery to support reporting needs, build prototypes and proofs of concept for stakeholders, and translate complex data into intuitive, well‑governed visualizations that can be confidently productionized and scaled across the enterprise.
You will be a strong candidate for this role if you have the following experience and skill sets:
3 years of experience developing solutions in Tableau Desktop, Tableau Prep, and Tableau Server (non‑admin) or 2 years + a Salesforce Tableau Data Analyst certification
Comfort working with complex SQL
Data visualization, data governance, and Tableau content governance best practices
Mentoring other Tableau users in various roles across the enterprise
Working within Agile, SCRUM, and standard SDLC frameworks
Successfully driving projects and delivering products from inception to production
Excellent written and oral communication skills

This is a fully remote role; however, final interviews at our Chattanooga, TN headquarters will be required.
