The Accounts Payable Data Specialist, reporting to the Accounts Payable Director, will be responsible for reviewing and processing new vendor requests and updates for Red Bull. This role will provide support to Red Bull and its regional partners across the United States in vendor maintenance activities.

VENDOR MAINTENANCE
Manage the new vendor Outlook inbox.
Send new vendor invitations through the Taulia portal.
Review vendor documentation before approving vendor registration in the Taulia portal.
Create vendors in the ERP system after their approval in the Taulia portal.
Review vendor bank account and address changes made via the Taulia portal.
Verify vendors' W-9 forms against the IRS TIN matching website.
Contact vendors to confirm banking details before making updates in the ERP system.
Review and upload manual vendor files to the ERP system.
Provide timely responses to vendors as well as Red Bull employees.
Offer training to employees and vendors regarding the vendor creation process.
Conduct vendor maintenance clean-up to identify duplicate profiles or flag vendors for deletion.
3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
Proficiency in SAP or a similar system is required
Familiarity with W-9 forms and tax classifications
Strong communication skills
Proficient in Excel
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels within an organization
Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities
A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment
Possesses a strong work ethic and is willing to work additional hours as necessary
This position is open to U.S. citizens, U.S. permanent residents, or individuals who are currently authorized to work in the United States on a valid visa.
The base salary range for this position isΒ $52,000 - 78,000 + cash incentives. Actual salary offers may vary based on work experience. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified.
