Your Mission

As a Business Analyst, you'll bridge our Kroll pharmacy management system with the pharmacists who use it. You'll analyze, optimize, and innovate our solutions to boost patient care and operational efficiency.

What You’ll Do

• Dive deep into the Kroll pharmacy management system, becoming our in-house expert
• Collaborate with pharmacists to customize Kroll to fit their unique needs and processes
• Support exciting implementation projects that bring Kroll's powerful features to life
• Create user-friendly documentation and training materials that make complex systems simple
• Analyze and optimize pharmacy workflows, turning challenges into opportunities

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and French (written and spoken) - your bilingual superpowers are essential
• Previous experience with Kroll pharmacy software - you're already familiar with this game-changing system

Intermediate knowledge of English is required because you will on a regular basis interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its national scope.
