Provides clerical support, including document scanning and indexing, as well as data review, and verification. May also perform specimen accessioning, data entry, specimen handling, and transport to facilitate clinical testing and biobanking activities for clinical trials. Requires frequent communication via phone and email with submitting institutions, internal coordinating laboratories, and external investigators.

Essential Functions:
- Maintains and updates biorepository databases and records to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Develops and implements data management plans and standard operating procedures for biorepository documentation.
- Collaborates with laboratory staff to ensure proper sample tracking and documentation.
- Conducts regular quality control checks on biorepository data to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participates in audits and inspections of biorepository documentation and data to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Education Requirement:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent certification and experience, required.
- Coursework in anatomy, physiology, statistics, and relevant research methods, preferred.

Experience:One year of experience as a Biorepository Documentation and Data Assistant, preferred.
