The purpose of this position is to perform various functions in the area of analysis, implementation, and evaluation of budgetary financial systems. Review, analyze, evaluate and work in the development and creation of the City budget according to State laws regarding budget compliance.The essential functions listed below are those that represent the majority of the time spent working in this class. Management may assign additional functions related to the type of work of the class as necessary.
